Return Period

  • You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your item(s) without giving any reason.
  • The 14-day period begins on the day you (or someone you nominate) receive the goods.

Return Conditions

  • Returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, and with all labels intact.
  • You are not required to give a reason for return, but including your order number will help us process your request more quickly.
  • We reserve the right to refuse any return if the product has been used and/ or there are any signs of wear or if parts are missing.

Return Process

  • You will then receive detailed instructions and the return address.

Refunds & Timeframe

  • We will refund the full amount paid, including standard delivery costs, within 14 days of receiving your cancellation notice.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Standard returns: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless we have stated otherwise.
