1. Delivery Areas & Timeframes
Coverage: We currently deliver within the United Kingdom only. We do not offer delivery to EU countries or international destinations.
UK Mainland vs Special Regions:

Standard Delivery: Available to all UK Mainland addresses.

Special Delivery Areas: Deliveries to the Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, and Channel Islands may incur additional charges and/or longer delivery times.
Processing Time:
- Orders are processed within 1–2 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).
- Processing time does not include weekends or bank holidays.
Estimated Delivery Time:
- UK Mainland: 2–3 working days after dispatch.
- Special Regions: Delivery may take longer depending on location.
Delays: During peak seasons, public holidays, or due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., strikes, extreme weather), delivery may be delayed. We will make reasonable efforts to keep you informed.
2. Shipping Costs
All products come with free shipping.
3. Delivery Partners & Tracking
Couriers: We work with trusted logistics partners, including DPD.
Tracking:
- Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a link to track your delivery.
- You can also access tracking information via your account on our website.
4. Receiving Your Delivery & Problem Handling
Responsibility & Risk: Risk for your order transfers to you once it is handed over to the courier.
Checking Your Delivery: Please inspect your package upon arrival. If the packaging appears damaged, you are advised to refuse delivery and contact us immediately.
Failed Delivery: If a delivery attempt fails due to incorrect address details, absence of recipient, or refusal without valid reason:
- The parcel may be returned to us.
- Redelivery charges may apply.
5. Returns & Refunds
- Standard Return Period: Within 14 days from receipt of goods, the customer can unconditionally revoke their purchase and get refunded.
- Unless faulty or damaged, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
