1. Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions of Sale (“Terms”) form a legally binding agreement between you (“you”, “your”, or “Customer”) and Dreo Limited, a company registered in England and Wales with company VAT number 15375336 and registered office at 61 Bridge Street, Kington, United Kingdom HR5 3DJ (“we”, “us”, or “our”).
By accessing our website, placing an order, or accepting delivery of products purchased from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use our website or purchase products from us.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts to use this website.

2. Definitions & Interpretation

  • “Contract”: the legally binding agreement formed when we accept your order.
  • “Goods” or “Products”: the items made available for sale on our website.
  • “Order”: your request to purchase Goods from us.
  • “Website”: uk.dreo.com Headings are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation. Words in the singular include the plural and vice versa.

3. User Obligations

You agree to:
  • Use the Website only for lawful purposes.
  • Keep your account credentials secure and confidential.
  • Not upload or transmit unlawful, infringing, or inappropriate content.

4. Product Information & Pricing

We strive to ensure product descriptions, images, and specifications are accurate. Minor variations may occur and do not constitute a defect. All Goods are supplied subject to availability.
Prices are as displayed on the Website at the time of your Order.
  • Errors: We reserve the right to refuse or cancel Orders in cases of obvious pricing errors.
  • VAT: Prices are stated inclusive of VAT (unless otherwise indicated).
  • Changes: Prices may change at any time, but confirmed Orders will not be affected.

5. Orders & Formation of Contract

When you place an Order, you are making an offer to purchase Goods. We will acknowledge receipt of your Order by email, but this does not constitute acceptance. A Contract is formed only when we send you a dispatch confirmation or deliver the Goods.
We may decline or cancel an Order if, for example, products are unavailable, payment cannot be processed, we suspect fraud, or delivery to your address is not possible.

6. Payment Terms

We accept payment by credit card, debit card, PayPal, and other methods as displayed at checkout.
Payment will be taken at the time of Order or upon dispatch. We use secure encryption technologies (such as SSL) to protect your payment information.

7. Delivery

Goods will be delivered to the address specified at checkout. Delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control.
If delivery cannot be completed due to your fault (e.g. incorrect address or failure to receive Goods), you may be charged for re-delivery.
Risk of loss or damage passes to you upon delivery.

8. Transfer of Title

Ownership of the Goods passes to you only when we have received full payment (including delivery charges).

9. Returns, Refunds & Right to Cancel

You have a statutory right to cancel your Order within 14 days of receiving the Goods, without giving any reason, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
To exercise this right, you must notify us within the 14-day period. You must then return the Goods to us at your expense, in their original condition, unused and with all packaging.
Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receipt of the returned Goods. We may make deductions if the Goods are returned damaged or used. Please visit Refund policy.

10. Warranty & Guarantee

Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 remain unaffected: Goods must be as described, of satisfactory quality, and fit for purpose.
We may also provide a manufacturer’s warranty for certain products, as set out in the product documentation. Warranties do not cover misuse, normal wear and tear, or unauthorised repairs.

11. Limitation of Liability

We make no guarantee that the Website will be error-free or uninterrupted.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any loss or damage shall not exceed the price paid for the Goods.

12. Website Use & Intellectual Property

All content on the Website, including text, images, logos, and software, is our intellectual property and protected by copyright laws.
We grant you a limited, revocable licence to use the Website for personal shopping purposes only.

13. Personal Data & Privacy

We process your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Please read it carefully.

14. Account Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms. You may also terminate your account at any time by contacting us.

15. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, supplier issues, or cyberattacks.

  • If any provision is held invalid, the remaining provisions remain in full force.
