Why does the heater not start or suddenly stop while heating?
Please check the following possible causes one by one:
1. The heater was tipped over. Place it back on a flat, level, and stable surface, then wait for the indicator light to come on before turning it on again.
2. Overheat protection was triggered. Unplug the heater and let it cool down fully before plugging it back in. Also, make sure there are no objects on or near the heater that could block airflow.
3. No power is reaching the unit. Check that your circuit breaker or fuse is working properly, and confirm the heater is placed on a flat and even surface.
4. In ECO mode, the set temperature is lower than the room temperature. Adjust the set temperature to be higher than the current ambient temperature.

Why does the temperature rise so slowly?
This heater uses convection heating, which takes a bit longer but distributes heat evenly throughout the room without drying out the air. For faster results, you can use the timer function to pre-heat the room in advance (see page 10 of the instructions).
Why does the heater only heat a small area?
This heater is designed for enclosed indoor spaces. It is not recommended for open areas or outdoor use, as heat will dissipate quickly in those environments.
Why doesn't the heater reach my target temperature in ECO mode?
If you are sitting farther away from the heater, try raising the target temperature or switching to Power Heat mode for more intense heating.
Why does the heater turn off automatically in ECO mode?
Yes, this is normal behavior. In ECO mode, the heater automatically stops heating once the set temperature is reached, and will resume heating when the room cools down. If it turns off too frequently, simply raise the set temperature or switch to Power Heat mode.
