Why doesn't my heater start?
1. Make sure the power cord is properly connected to a powered electrical outlet. 2. If overheat protection has been activated, unplug and wait for it to cool down before plugging in again, then remove any objects on or near the heater. 3. Ensure that your circuit breaker or fuse is working properly, and that the heater is placed on a flat and even surface. 4. If the ambient temperature is not rising, ensure that the temperature is set to be higher than the ambient temperature.
Why is the temperature not going up?
1. If the heater is being used in an open area or outdoors, note that this heater uses convection, which may take longer, but allows it to deliver heat uniformly without making air too dry. This heater works best in closed areas or indoor use. 2. If the room temperature does not meet your expectations, you can try to move the heater closer to you, increase the target temperature, or switch to Power Heat Mode.
